DAR has developed into a reliable partner for the realisation of plant concepts in Russia. In 2014, we jointly developed a marketing concept in two stages for the customer “Valensija”. The first stage enables the receive, soil removing, sorting, washing, polishing, storing, weighing and packaging of potatoes, onions and beetroot. The second expansion stage for the processing of carrots is planned. The concept consists of 2 main areas and allows the customer to process washed and unwashed produce. In order to meet the current quality requirements of the Russian supermarkets, a powerful drum washing machine including stone separator, a polishing machine and a roller dryer were integrated into the processing process and the entire washing area was connected to a mechanical water pre-treatment system. In November 2014, we delivered all plant components to the customer on schedule. We thank DAR for the good project planning of the plant and the customer for the trust placed in us. www.techagro.ru
