Offer

The planning phase begins with the definition of the customer-specific requirements. Together with our customer, our sales staff collect important facts regarding the product to be processed, the plant or machine performance, the material and the processing of the machines and take into account the desired deadlines for shipping or commissioning. We are also happy to discuss the financial processing of the planned project (subsidies, financing). As soon as the customer-specific requirements are available, our sales staff and design engineers start with the 2D planning drawing and the order processing department prepares the appropriate quotation. The documents created provide an initial basis for communication with the customer or representative and are then refined step by step.

Order

Of course, we are pleased when the planning phase is successfully concluded with an order by the customer. As soon as the order is placed, our order processing department creates the appropriate confirmation, taking into account the previously agreed conditions. After the order phase has been successfully completed, the planned project is handed over to a project manager.

Project planning

The project manager is in intensive contact with the salesperson and the customer and ensures that the project is carried out professionally and on schedule. In a lively exchange with the heads of the production sites or third machine manufacturers, he draws up a project plan structured in terms of content and time and monitors compliance with the targets until the commissioning of the plant. At the same time, he informs the construction department and starts the three-dimensional visualisation of the project, which has become absolutely necessary for a successful and smooth plant realisation. Usually we also integrate machines from third party manufacturers in our plants and our purchasing department starts with the ordering of all bought-in machines. The documentation department is also informed and begins the parallel preparation of all necessary documents (operating instructions, spare parts drawings, etc.). Step by step, an assembly team is put together, travel documents are prepared, travel and accommodation are organised and the team is instructed.

Production

The managers at our three production sites are informed and ensure professional production of all ordered machines and systems. Taking into account the customer-specific requirements, they control the purchasing of materials, the mechanical and electrical production of all ordered machines, conveyors and systems. In cooperation with the production manager, the site managers regularly check the quality of the machines in terms of function and workmanship. At the same time, we make sure that all purchased machines are completed on time to guarantee smooth shipping of all system components.

Shipping

The finished plant components are stored at our various production sites until delivery. As soon as the shipping date has been set, our employees load all ordered machines and plant components on schedule. When using containers, our employees make sure that they are thoroughly cleaned from the inside beforehand, firstly to avoid soiling the machines and secondly to take into account the import conditions of the international markets. With the utmost care and precise utilisation of the loading area, our employees stow all components and hand over the necessary transport documents to the driver.

Montage

The project manager and the assembly team receive the machines on site at the customer. Truck loads or containers are unloaded professionally and the plant components are stored safely in consultation with the customer. The individual components are assembled step by step. The machines are assembled, mechanically and, if necessary, electrically connected, tested and commissioned. A project is subject to changes during the entire realisation. Therefore, we pay attention to an intensive and personal cooperation between our production facilities or manufacturers, the project manager and our customers.

Commissioning

Experience shows that one or the other difficulty can arise during commissioning. That is why our installation team tests the system. Only after these have been rectified is the system handed over to the operator in an orderly manner, together with the necessary documentation.

In order to sustainably secure our customers’ investment, we rely on good service. We ensure that our customers are promptly supplied with the right spare parts and professional customer service.
