This is what you can expect:

  • Timely and professional assembly and installation of our packaging machines, conveying and packaging systems at the Dinslaken site and at customers’ sites internationally
  • Supervision of the machines and plants from initial commissioning to final acceptance at the customer’s site
  • Carrying out, monitoring and documenting function tests, test runs and machine adjustments
  • Training of the customer’s machine and plant operating personnel on site
  • Carrying out service work for the installation, maintenance and fault analysis of our machines and plants at the customer’s site
  • Preparing cost estimates for repairs and spare parts procurement
  • Telephone customer support for technical machine problems
  • Construction and wiring of control cabinets for machines as well as control cabinets for our conveyor and packaging systems
  • Checking the control cabinets by taking measurements, detecting and rectifying faults
  • Proactive cooperation with the construction, mechanical and electrical departments

This is what we expect:

  • Successfully completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Relevant professional experience in the areas of service and commissioning of machines and plants
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the areas of special machine construction, electrical engineering, automation technology and control cabinet construction
  • Knowledge of reading electrical plans
  • A high degree of willingness to undertake national and international business trips to our customers (approx. 30% of your intended work with us)
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Driving licence class B mandatory
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Flexibility and commitment, personal responsibility and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good written and spoken English round off your profile
