CSR Cyclone stone separator

The products are flushed into the cone tank of the CSR cyclone stone separator via a pipeline. In the process, an integrated impeller wheel generates a circular movement of the water flow. The product circulates 180° inside the container and is rinsed out via the flume and fed to the drum washing machine for processing. Stones and clods of earth are heavier than the product. These sink through to the bottom, are discharged via the pipeline and transported away via a discharge belt with a rubber cleated belt. Sand and small dirt particles are flushed out at regular intervals by opening the discharge gate. The process water that is flushed out is replaced by treated fresh water.
