BF Box filler
Gentle packaging of products in crates for transport and presentation.
For a smooth filling process.
The BF crate filler system gently and evenly fills crates with products such as potatoes, carrots and onions. The crates are placed in the machine frame by means of a forklift. A sensor registers the crate and lifts it into the start filling position (green signal light). The feed starts and the crate lowers evenly during the filling process until it has reached the starting position (red signal light). The filled box is removed and replaced by an empty container. The process finally starts again.
