The CBF | PBF carton and case filler fills products fully automatically into corresponding cases and cartons. The automation of the processes in combination with a weighing machine guarantees an exact filling quantity and saves personnel costs. The product-specific intermediate container enables the filling of the packages and the orientation of the products in combined partial quantities. An intermediate container is lowered into the crate or carton and reduces the product’s drop steps to a minimum. The product orientation is maintained and an attractive presentation of the product is achieved. A vibrator is placed under the box and ensures an even distribution of the products.
