HKF Carton and box filler

The HKF box and crate filler supports the filling of transport packaging with prefabricated packaging such as nets and trays by operators. The feeding and positioning of the crates is fully automatic. So is the feeding of the products to the filling station. An operator receives the pre-packages, fills them into the transport packaging and starts the production process. The HKF case and crate filler can be synchronised with packaging machines and palletising systems. Optimised workflows increase production by up to 300% and automate the processes. At the same time, final product control remains guaranteed. The programmable electric control allows different filling programmes for different products.
